Dandadan and JJK spoilers, what else did you expect mate, for this fight i will allow Momo to use 100% of her power as we saw it for the first time she awakened to it, it also gives her more abilities to use.

Behind every great man, there's a great woman behind them to back them up or in Nobara case behind every 2 great man, wither is looking good while kicking ass or look cool these 2 anime females have shown their determination and confidence in the heat of battle, but when put up against each other who's willpower well outshine the other.
Background
Aliens cant be real right? Momo Ayase's discovery that changed her world
Do you believe in ghost or aliens? Nah they can't be real... right? At a young age Momo went to live with her hot grandmother (Seiko Ayase) who was a spirit medium who fights ghost on almost a daily basics, to protect Momo she would make her perform a daily ritual to give her good luck, this caused Momo to be bulled by her classmates including her childhood best friend Jiji, having gone through all this Momo would blame her grandmother and called her a fake, years later and one day after she breaks up with her boyfriend who kinda looked like her idle Ken Takakura that she would meet a boy by that very same name, the boy would ramble to her about UFO and aliens telling her everything he knows only for her to doubt his claims about aliens and say that she believes in ghost, this would cause both of them to start arguing as the boy does not believe in ghost and results in both of them challenging each other to see which one is real, Momo had Ken go to at a tunnel while she had to go to a hospital, to their shock both ghost and aliens where indeed real, Momo would see 3 figures across from her and quickly would get captured by them in an attempt to escape.
Momo would then wake up in her underwear to find herself restrained by the three figures known as the Serpo, an alien race that wishes to acquire reproductive functions similar to the human race. After finding out that they plan to violate her, Momo tried to break free but is unable to resist the Serpo's control over her brainwaves in order to make her feel more aroused. Right before the aliens can keep on with their dirty plan they are attacked by the possessed student after the cursed boy emerged from Momo's phone. Momo cheers on for her somewhat new friend but sees him quickly fall due to the Serpo's psychokinesis and is once again subjected to one of the aliens control over her brainwaves in order to move forward with their procedure. However, after remembering her grandmother's past instructions on how to release her qi, along with the Serpo overstimulating her brainwaves, Momo awakens her psychic powers, and would realize that her grandmother is a real psychic, after this day Momo would find her life to never be the same again now she had a new friend and had to help him find his balls in wacky scenarios.
Meet jujutsu high number 1 fashion guru, how strong can she be?
Nobara was born in August 7th of 2002 to an unnamed mother. She would grow up living in the countryside where she spent great times playing video games alongside her childhood friend named Fumi whom she became friends with after helping her against some bullies from their school in first grade. The two friends would soon meet Saori, a woman who just moved into the town from Tokyo. However after some time, the other residents of the town despised Saori's family it became such a problem that it forces them to leave. In her teenage years, Nobara decides to leave her hometown and speaks for a farewell for Fumi as she takes the train to leave for Tokyo, hoping to meet her friend once again. This is where she would join Jujutsu High and soon meet her own version of team , the white haired teacher Gojo, the happy go lucky powerful MC Yuji, and the depressed guy from a clan named Megumi, this was not a normal everyday hangout, they were brought here to test Nobara and Yuji curse energy and abilities, after this Nobara shares her reason for joining Jujutsu high and her desire to escape from her rural life and to earn money.
Nobara would prove to be a useful and capable fighter later on and would form bonds with her class mates who would soon become her friends.

Momo

If it obvious by now, Momo is pretty much stronger than she looks, as seen above she was able to take multiple punches from the Flatwoods monster and only came out with bruises and was still able to move after it, she also took a kick from the Acrobatic Silky and remained on her feet
Intellect
Momo intelligence has been noticed by only a few others, when in tight situations she has shown to be able to come up with tactics to get one over the enemy, she uses whatever information she can gather at the moment along with her pre-existing knowledge, to devise ingenious strategies on the spot, which it's vulnerability to touching the ground or during the Daija Town Incident when by setting the Enjoji house on fire to alert the firefighters and have them use their hoses, Momo cleverly drove the Tsuchinoko from its subterranean hideout as the deluge of water expelled the cryptid from suffocation and succeeded in killing it from sunlight exposure.
Psychokinesis
Momo main use of attacking her enemy, by using her spiritual enegry she can exert her influence over her targets to control the movements and aura of living and non-things, momo's psychokinesis usually manifest as 2 large hands or a single one when she combines them, these are extremely extendable and can latch onto the type of aura she perceives, allowing her to manipulate the target freely with her actual hands.

By connecting one's aura with life force Momo can see the past of a spirits story and transmit an aura to another to save a life

By saying "POMADE DUMMY" ten times to a spirit Momo can temporarily expel evil from the human world but the downside is that next time she has to say it 100 times for it to work
Power Of Words
An ability that allows Momo to make things that are normally impossible become reality through speech. During her childhood, Momo received a training lesson from Seiko to use this ability but never managed to succeed. It wasn't until her encounter with a mind-control alien that she managed to awaken this ability and apply it to her psychokinesis to increase its attack power.
Moe Moe Tri-Beam
Momo can fire this blast by forming a heart-shaped with her hands and shouting Moe Moe, this is a powerful blast that can repel and damage her enemies, it let's her even attacks enemies that are in other dimensions pretty crazy huh, is her version of the Kamehameha.
Force field
Momo can block attacks with her hands or just create force fields around her to block incoming projectiles or close range attacks
Full power
Now this is something that Momo cant tap into by herself, it happened the first time she unlocked her powers and used 100% of it, In this empowered state, she radiates a glow matching that of her psychic hands, and her hair grows longer. She also describes herself as feeling invincible and capable of transforming her very thoughts into reality.
In this state Momo gains the ability to levitate and gives her a boost in strength as she was able to kick a serpo away from her.

Momo has shown to have enough power to resistance others psychokinesis such as ones that can control brain waves

Cursed Energy
The main power system in JJK, Cursed energy is a source created from negative emotions such as anger and sadness, due to these being common emotions almost all humans have cursed energy but only the ones who have a high amount are able to control it and weaponize it, being able to control your emotions is key to being able to wield it so of course in jujutsu high they teach how to do just that.
Cursed energy allows its user to increase their own physical capabilities alongside letting the user cover themselves in it to act as a defense to reduce incoming damage, there are two types of cursed techniques, inherited and innate, inherited are ones that are pass down like Gojo's limitless, while innate are unique abilities developed by individual users of cursed energy.
- Curse Techniques: Curse Techniques are pretty much a reverse uno card, this lets the user use their own energy i different ways.
Straw Doll Technique
Nobara's innate technique, her technique requires her to use nails, a hammer and of course a straw doll, by using her cursed energy with said tools Nobara can damage her opponent without having to damage them herself this includes sharing the damage between the doll and the person or curse
- Resonance: This applies Noabra's curse energy to her target using the doll almost as a voodoo doll, Nobara has been shown to use severed body parts of her target to form a link of attack, once active black spikes will come out the target chest causing extreme pain
- Hairpin: With this Nobara can cause the curse energy in the nails to erupt with an explosive force
Black Flash
Black Flash is a phenomenon that only happens when a a user applies curse energy within a microsecond it creates a spatial distortion that causes the cursed energy to become black and red, the attack is increased by 2.5, this attack requires extreme focus to land (Or if your Yuji just me the mc) once landing the attack process of using curse energy is as easy as breathing.
While Nobara has only ever used Black flash once it still shows that she has what it takes to actually utilize it in battle while she may not be like Yuji spamming Black flash it shows her potential.
Equipment
Momo Ayase
While she doesn't carry it on her, Momo's hot grandmother has a ton of bats in her house as that's her main weapon, Momo is allowed to take some of these and use it for combat, she can use it with her power to send the bats at you
Hammer
Nobara's main weapon incase someone needs a head bashing, Nobara can use it for close range attacks or fire nails with curse energy on them as projectiles, it's also pretty much needed to actually use her curse technique
Nails
Nobara carries Nails on her to use it with her hammers and curse technique, by using her curse energy with them she can freely levitate them and launch them at people, or you know just explode them.
Straw doll
A straw doll aka the main tool needed for her curse technique, nothing much to say expect that she has it on her and its very important
Rubber Mallet
A rubber mallet that Nobara uses on human to pick sure she doesn't kill them (idk from the top it still looks like it really hurts)

Ah yes the good old aliens, Momo easily scales to them and above them as she was able to easily beat 3 of them and even later on managed to destroy another one of their allies with her blast.

Nobara's fellow students at Jujutsu High, thanks to her curse energy matching that of Panda's, Toge, Nisimiya and even of Yuji early on in the series she should scale to that of him (before all his buffs) and the other curse users.

Special Grade Curses
The curses that already make this depressing anime even more depressing, Nobara should have no problem scaling to them as she fought a clone of Mahito and managed to hurt him, while this may not seem impressive Mahito's clone are on par with the original so her scaling to the likes of Mahito, Hanami and dragon is there.
- Hanami can sprout large tree (3 Kilotons)
- Mahito deflected a blast from Ryu (5.3 - 704.4 Tons)
- Dragon creates an island with his Domain (69.8 Kilotons)
JOGOAT
Ah yes Jogo, the strongest curse the curse who single handily took out Sukuna and Gojo, with all the jokes aside how does Nobara scale to JOGOAT they never even had a 1v1 fight, well thanks to her fight with Mahito's clone she should at least be able to downscale JOGOAT'S feats and during Hanmi's fight with Todo and Yuji (by the guide books Nobara curse enegry matched Yuji at the time) the special grade curse was able to take Yuji's black flash and a playful cloud which was said if it would had landed would had killed Jogo so Nobara down scaling from the strongest curse in all of JJK should be fine

Weaknesses
Momo
Because Momo's power are an extension of her hands, they require her to have good grip strength for her hands to work on the enemies or whatever she's trying to control, further more she cant stop her enemies from resisting her hands, Momo's psychokinesis is also linked to her sense of touch, meaning that her hands are susceptible to the sensation of strain and pain being that Enemies who are strong enough can break from her grip with brute force alone.
Nobara
Nobara may sometimes be a bit over confidence and underestimate the enemy or even taking risk in battles which leave her open, for her curse technique to work she needs a piece of her target to use the dool on or else it wont have affect.
BEFORE THE VERDICT...
Momo's Kaiju feat
In DaDanDa we see Momo lift and power bomb a Kaiju, now what makes this debatable is wither Momo should get this as a AP feat as it required a giant robot to do it, now as explained earlier Momo's power works by her grip strength the stronger she is the stronger her arms are gonna be, what makes her AP scale to this is that the robot had lost its arms so Momo had to use her psychic arms to pick upthe robots arm meaning it was mainly her putting the power into picking up and slamming the kaiju, when she lifted the Kaiju we even see her having to extend her arms and her using her psychic arms to force the slam, Momo AP being scaled to this should be valid and fair game.
Verdict
Alright strength this one is actually pretty down to the point, both Momo and Nobara have feats and scale to one's in the Tons range, so let's get straight to the ones that really matter, Momo's power bomb on the Kaiju can get 358.8 Tons and leaving a crater worth 15 Tons both are really impressive but nothing compared to the Dover Demon being able to hit with the force of 700 Tons, both putting Momo in the City-Block to Multi-City-Block levels of power, and including the other clac for the power bomb which gets a result of 17.8 Kilotons Momo's power jumps a massive amount now putting her in the Town level range. Nobara in the other hand can scale to special grade curses like Hanami who can create a tree worth 3 Kilotons and dragon who made a domain with a island on it worth 69.8 Kilotons, this alone gives Nobara the edge in power without even including Jogo's Volcano (441.5 Kilotons) and Meteor(240.069 Kilotons) feats which just make the gap in power even bigger, Nobara easily takes the point in strength. When it comes to speed we already know that characters in DandaDan shouldn't be moving faster than 100kh/hr despite that limitation Momo is able to fight and react to the Dover Demon who can hit and move as fast as a mantis shrimp which can move at 80 km/hr putting her at good speeds but this is nothing to Nobara as Maki can dodge Bullets which can get Hypersonic - Hypersonic+ speeds she can even preform Black Flash which activates within a microsecond, this stat really isn't a competition, Nobara takes this no problem
Aresnal & Abilities
Let's start with the most simple of the 2 the two categories, when it comes to their equipment being generous and giving Momo her hot grandma's bats as her equipment which she can use as a melee weapon and use her power to throw around and that really it we haven't seen Momo use any melee equipment besides those, Nobara on the other hand carries her hammer, nails, doll and the rubber hammer to attack humans, Nobara has then advantage in arsenal due to have more to work and actually knowing how to use them to fight either to bash your head in with her hammer or beat you silly with her toy hammer, so Nobara takes equipment due to having more to use and actually knowing how to fight with them.
Abilities in the other hand are a different story, Nobara has curse energy which will let her increase her stats through out the fight and even use it defensively to reduce any damage that Momo tries to throw at her, she also has access to her curse technique which ignores enemies defense letting Nobara go for a easy kill or cause great damage to her target but Nobara this to link it to an opponent in some form as seen her having to use enemies body parts to activate it, if not this Nobara can apply curse energy to her nails and cause them to overload and explode giving her an AOE like attack, she can use it as a way to explode her enemies or as surprise bombs to catch you off guard, she has been shown to be able to preform black flash which greatly increases the output of the attack, Nobara has a lot going for her here now how does it compare to Momo? as a psychic Momo can do alot, she can move living and non-living things around letting her fling her targets, sense the aura of people, see ghost, seal the curses applied on others, transfer the aura of others, temporarily remove ghost from the living world, create force fields around her body and the impossible become possible with the power of words like firing a giant ass beam.
So how does this go?? Momo abilities are by far better than Nobara, she has battle field control her hands letting her grab objects around and throw it at Nobara or just throw Nobara around herself and thanks to being able to sense aura she will always know where Nobara is if she tried to hide, her force fields will help as well as she can block any incoming attack aimed at her, her beam will give her a range advantage as Nobara has nothing to deal with long range enemies besides firing nails with curse energy and taking full power into account the damage and impact of all of this increases to the point where Momo feels invincible. Nobara can counter some of this with her ablities like incresing her defense with curse energy and her hairpin can be a problem as it causes massive explosions around Momo and with her curse technique instantly kill her thanks to it bypassing defenses, but to do that Nobara has to find a way to connect a link to Momo to cause the affect to work, both have their ways of their abilities working but thanks to being able to see where she is, her far better AOE control, better and bigger range attacks, being shown to use her force fields much more than Nobara, along with 100% giving her the power to float, Momo takes abilities
Tertiary Factors
For tertiary factors both hold solid advantages, both Momo and Nobara has shown to have better battle IQ as they mainly fights by planning and out doing the enemy to find an opening to use their main ability, but the thing is Momo's plans have often been dangerous and reckless to win no matter what, while Nobara is a resourceful and adaptable combatant, able to think quickly and make decisions under pressure without it being too reckless, her game plan is all about to devise strategies that utilize her unique Straw Doll Technique effectively and in terms of actual fighting ability Nobara should take it as Momo mainly fights in a group fashion, yeah while we seen Nobara fight alongside Itadori and depressed boy, we also seen her hold her own in a 1v1 fight far better than Momo has.
In terms of experience both Momo and Nobara seem to be around the same age if not Nobara may being around a year older, Nobara should take experience as in the start of the show we see her being to fight already and know how to use her abilities while Momo while she has more training than Nobara she really never finished it and when she awakened her power she had to train to learn how to use it, Momo now has better control over her power but the fact Nobara seemed like a natural, knew how to fight and showed control over her abilities give her the edge in experience.

So overall Momo's powers are amazing and something not to laugh at, but it doesn't mean nothing when you don't have enough power to really hurt your opponent, while Nobara has enough power to one tap Momo, land a Black flash which well no doubt be the end of Momo or just instantly kill her by using her curse technique, despite her needing a link to actually do it, Nobara's speed makes it pretty much not a challenge her for to get a link to use it on Momo, and that's not even including increasing her stats with curse energy, even with the force fields giving Momo the chance to last longer Nobara can always plan ahead as she plans based on the fight to get a way to use her technique, while Momo has shown time and time agin she can fight ghost and aliens above her, Nobara is just too much for her to handle.
In the end while Momo may try to use all her trumps cards, Nobara will end this fight in a flash.... DAN DAN DANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
