Soldiers are people who fight for our country and protect us from anything that puts us in danger, but what if real-life Soldiers were extremely skilled and a threat to what they meant to protect alongside being superhuman, today we have 2 super soldiers who are worthy of the title but when they go head to head who outdoes the other in this DEATH BATTLE!!

Before We Start…

For Winter Soldier it's already known what gonna be used, his earth-616 version as it's usually the standard for Marvel but i will be including weapons from the MCU as it goes more in-depth with what he uses than the comics, as for Mukuro we will be using the games, the anime, canon light novels, and manga's that she appears in, with all that said let's get on moving with the blog.

Background

Winter Soldier

  • Full Name: James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes
  • Age: 106 years old

James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes was born in 1925. In 1935, he tragically lost both of his parents early in his life; his mother, Winnifred Barnes had died when he was a child and his father, George Barnes had died in an accident while in basic training at Camp Lehigh. Barnes was separated from his younger sister, Rebecca Barnes, who was sent to boarding school while he persuaded officials into letting him remain at Camp Lehigh as a ward of the state due to sharing his father's love of the armed forces. He was eventually considered the camp mascot. During World War II, Barnes set up a profitable endeavor providing soldiers with various non-requisition supplies in 1940. He traveled to England, and soon began to receive select assignments as a special military operative, having received hand to hand combat training with British Commandos under the tutelage of William Essart Fairbairn and Colonel Rex Applegate.

After his training with military combat instructors, Barnes met and befriended Steve Rogers, who had recently become the US government operative, Captain America. He was assigned to accompany Rogers but was initially unaware of the true nature of his work. One night, Barnes happened into Rogers' tent just as he was changing to his masked identity. Sworn to secrecy, Barnes joined Captain America on his first mission against the Red Skull, freeing many Nazi prisoners. For several months afterward, Barnes underwent an intensive training program under Captain America's tutelage. When he finished, Barnes received his own costumed identity as Bucky and was designated as a counterexample to Hitler Youth. Although he was able to work with his mentor for most of his missions, James was trained to carry out missions the government officials did not want Captain America to be openly involved in. He was cynical and slightly dubious of the idealistic Steve Rogers, but they soon became the closest of friends.

In late 1945, toward the end of the war, Captain America and Bucky were in London, England, on the trail of Nazi scientist Baron Heinrich Zemo. They discovered Zemo in the process of stealing an experimental drone plane built by the Allies. In the ensuing battle with Zemo's powerful humanoid robot, both Captain America and Bucky were rendered unconscious and strapped to the drone plane to be delivered to Hitler in Berlin. Unable to stand the sight of their patriotic costumes, Zemo dressed them in U.S. Army uniforms. Managing to escape before Zemo activated the plane, the two American champions saw the drone plane begin to move just as they jumped off. Quickly, Captain America and Bucky grabbed a motorcycle and tried to catch up with it. Just before it flew out of reach, the two leaped for the plane. Bucky leaped first and managed to get a grip on the plane's wing. Captain America missed and shouted to his partner to let go in case the plane was booby-trapped. Bucky was unable to comply with his partner's commands because his uniform sleeved snagged onto the cockpit of the plane. The plane exploded, seemingly killing Bucky instantly. Captain America plunged into the English Channel to undergo the process of suspended animation, but Bucky's remains were never recovered, strengthening the belief that he was killed in action.

Bucky however was very much alive. When he had failed to disarm the plane in time, he had leaped off of the plane but did not escape completely unscratched. The explosion had claimed his entire left arm. He then plunged into the icy waters only to undergo the same process his mentor had. After the war had ended, a Russian submarine hoping to recover and capture the missing "Captain America" instead found the preserved body of Bucky. After being retrieved and examined for any traces of the Super-Soldier Serum, his body was placed in cryostasis. After being found by said Russian's he was used by HYDRA wing and brainwashed by Arnim Zola. Zola subjects Barnes to the Winter Soldier Program, which uses physiological enhancements, intense training, and brainwashing techniques to turn him into a mind-controlled super soldier.

Makuro Ikusaba

  • Full Name: Makuro Ikusaba
  • Age: Probably around 16 before the Tragedy; 19 after the Tragedy
  • Sex: Female
  • Height: 169 cm / 5' 7"
  • Weight: 97 lbs.
  • Nationality: Japanese
Mukuro was born as the older fraternal twin sister of Junko Enoshima. Junko influenced and manipulated Mukuro into working towards Junko's desire to "paint the world in despair" and planned to start The Tragedy, which Mukuro was happy to support her. At some point Junko adopted the moniker "The Despair Sisters" for the both of them. When prompted, Mukuro alludes to her early life of being "on the streets" and like a "war zone"; however, due to conflicting stories and Mukuro was impersonating her twin at the time, it is unknown if it is intended to be taken literally or figuratively.

At some point prior to becoming a teenager, Mukuro disappeared while she and her family were on vacation in Europe where she joined the elite mercenary group based out of the Middle East named Fenrir Mercenary Group, who engaged in direct combat. During her time spent in the group, she never received a single injury on the battlefield, and received a wolf tattoo as all members of the Group were required to have.

Some years after, Mukuro was called back to Japan by her sister to continue with their plan prior to enrolling in Hope's Peak Academy. It is unknown what Mukuro's previous high school was as she was outside the country, but she was still eventually scouted to be a part of Class 78th as the Ultimate Soldier alongside Junko as the Ultimate Fashionista.

Experience/Skill

Winter Soldier


Bucky has been alive for a very long time now and he's shown why he was Cap's sidekick in the old days, he has many years' worth of experience under his belt alongside being put through the intense Winter Soldier training which is meant to make the ultimate spy/assassin.

Barnes is a dangerously skilled martial artist and an extremely formidable unarmed combatant, as well as a proficient armed fighter. He received training from World War Two hand-to-hand combat luminaries William E. Fairbairn and Colonel Rex Applegate, the same instructors who taught Steve Rogers, in multiple martial arts and acrobatics as a teenager, and was trained in more of them while being molded into an assassin by the Soviet Union. As a teen, he defeated some of the highest skilled adult soldiers in just seventeen seconds. He has single-handedly beaten Crossbones, a squad of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, Wolverine, and the Black Widow, as well as defeated a regiment of Hydra agents alongside the Young Avengers, and fought both Captain America and Iron Man to a standstill.

Barnes' accelerated learning process are in levels greater than what is naturally possible. Due to his training from World War II instructors as a teen, General Phillips classified him as the best natural fighter in history, even before his special training. During his special training with S.A.S, he rapidly studied every combat move of Steve Rogers; furthermore, he was also gifted enough to learn and complete the utmost fighting skills training from the Soviet Union in a week.

Barnes is a very skilled strategist and has led teams such as the Thunderbolts with excellent planning to ensure victory. Over the years of studying Captain America, Barnes is excellent skilled in all Armed force disciplines including intellect gathering, escape arts, assassination, demolition, survival tactics, hunting, swimming, mountaineering, interrogation, map making and reading, disguising, communication systems, explosions, computers, reading and making wood craft signs, and other secret code languages

Mukuro Ikusaba


Due to her training she is highly proficient in both a variety of firearms, knives, explosives such as grenades, and hand-to-hand combat to the degree she is able to hold her own, or even defeat equally as trained individuals such as several of the Madarai brothers (Danganronpa Zero), the Ultimate Swordswoman Peko Pekoyama, and security personnel from Hope's Peak. Using her skills, she easily and mercilessly slaughtered an entire middle school on Junko's orders. Under certain circumstances, she has demonstrated the ability to go into a trance that lets her display abilities that go beyond even the level of Ultimate, fighting off an entire army of Monokumas at once with only a sharpened metal rod while also avoiding machine gun fire, Mukuro also show cased the ability to perform quick first aid treatment, likely should she need to treat herself or her comrades during her time as a mercenary, and showcased enough experience to provide someone with enough treatment to prevent them from dying.

Mukuro underwent comprehensive survival training that encompassed essential skills such as fire starting, mastering the use of a ghillie suit for camouflage, and honing her ability to navigate and travel to various locations, including Southeast Asia. These acquired survival skills were a testament to her diverse and rigorous training experiences.

Winter Soldier

Bionic arm


The explosion had claimed his entire left arm, so the Soviet Union gave him a mechanical arm, but this was not your typical prosthetic arm. Over the years the arm has had several updates and improvements, resulting in the arm having various functions, including:

  • Superhuman Strength: Barnes has some degree of superhuman strength in his bionic arm. The cybernetic arm has been shown to destroy the undercarriage of a S.H.I.E.L.D. Flying Car, as well as effortlessly murder dozens of men with a single blow. He also destroyed a Cosmic Cube. He has been shown to break hardened steel chains with relatively no effort.
  • Stabilization Sensors: Barnes can detect the balance of objects via his bionic arm, such as Captain America's shield, and thereby throw the items with pinpoint accuracy, even causing them to properly ricochet to return to him.
  • Tactical Reload: Thanks to Fixer's upgrade, the arm can also reload weapons automatically.
  • Palm Sensors: The weapons that Barnes use have palm print sensors, which means if someone else attempts to use the scanned weapons, the weapons will self-destruct.

  • Sensory Array: The arm houses different sensors which allow him to map out his surroundings and identify targets, such as locating Miles Morales despite of his Spider-Camouflage. The arm can project holograms to appear and feel like a normal human arm, as well as pass through security such as metal detectors without setting them off. It can also shield other metallic objects from detection such as firearms and knives.

  • Extended Reach: Barnes can apparently either control his bionic arm even if it has been removed from his body, possibly via additional cybernetic implants, or his arm can be programmed to perform certain actions on its own while removed from his body.
  • Electrical Discharge: Barnes can discharge bolts of electrical energy from his arm's palm, as was done to the Man With No Face, The Spot, and one of the Cape-Killer soldiers. Thanks to Fixer's upgrade, he can emit a stream of flame burst from his arm. He can generate enough heat from his bionic arm to damage a huge robot, causing it to self-destruct.
  • Electromagnetic Pulse: Barnes can discharge an EMP, rendering electronic devices useless, though he failed to use it on a prepared Iron Man.
  • Cybernetic Defense: Barnes' bionic arm is resistant to bladed weapons, such as when Sinthea Shmidt tried to stab him with a knife, and the blade broke, or when it managed to withstand an attack from Black Panther's Vibranium claws with no visible damage. It is also highly resistant to explosions, withstanding Molotov cocktails with no signs of damage, and can even withstand impact from multiple high-caliber rounds simultaneously. For example, Barnes was able to use his arm to block several shots fired by Black Widow during their fight. Also, during a rough landing, his bionic arm took the brunt of the force but sustained no damage.

  • Flamethrower: He can emit a stream of flame from his palm.
  • Retractable Blade: The cybernetic arm possesses a retractable blade that can be used for close combat.

Knifes


In close range combat, Bucky tends to favour knives at close range. In terms of knives he has used:

  • Gerber Mark II Combat knife: This knife is Bucky’s favourite and the one he most commonly used in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. He is extremely skilled at using it, shown when he matched Captain America in combat.
  • Gerber Yari ll Tanto: These knives take inspiration from the classic Japanese knife, the tanto.
  • Benchmade SOCP Dagger: He carried it in a holster next to his Gerber Mark ll, though he was never seen using it.
  • Bayonet Knife: This knife is often used with a rifle. He used it to kill an Outrider who tackled him to the ground.
Firearms


Bucky’s wielded a variety of deadly firearms over the years. Also should be noted that while the comics don’t really go into detail on what type of guns that WS has used, the MCU does.

  •  Modified Luger Pistol: During his time as Captain America, Bucky used a modified Luger Pistol with shots capable of harming herald level beings such as the Red Hulk and and Ares. It is also capable of hurting beings made out of photon energy.
  • SIG-Sauer P220ST: The Winter Soldier's weapon of choice, a semi-automatic pistol that was designed in 1975.
  • Beretta 92FS Inox: These are semi-automatic pistols designed and manufactured by Beretta of Italy.
  • SIG-Sauer P226R/Glock 19: Winter Soldier dual wielded these in Captain America: Winter Soldier.
  • COP .357 Derringer: This gun is designed for concealment due to it’s small size. It lacks the firepower of some pistols but still can be an effective weapon
  • Intratec TEC-38: This small gun is carried in Winter Soldier's holster. 
  • Vz.61 Skorpion: A submachine gun carried on the back of his vest. Due to being a submachine gun, Bucky can fire this gun rapidly. 
  • Colt M4A1 with a M203 Grenade Launcher: A fully automatic carbine and the standard weapon used by S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team members. The Cold M4A1 comes with a M203 Grenade Launcher attachment which allows him to fire explosive grenades at his opponent. 
  • Barrett M82A1M: This is Winter Soldier's main sniper rifle. With this rifle, Bucky can very easily take a life in the blink of an eye. 
  • Kazurr Sniper Rifle: This sniper rifle was used by Bucky when he was the Man on the Wall. It’s an extremely long range sniper rifle, capable of sniping a target from a moon away. It also has vibranium rounds. 
  • M249 SAW Paratrooper: This machine gun is a combination of high-speed firing rate, accuracy, and convenient portability, making it an extremely effective weapon for soldiers. It is commonly used in the United States Armed Forces.
  • Missile Launcher: This missile launcher has impressive power, being able to take out the Crimson Dynamo, who can tangle with Iron Man.
Grenades


  • FN Mk 13: A grenade launcher customized to fire disc grenades. These disc grenades can stick to surfaces and then explode. 
  • Milkor MGL: A six-shot revolver-type grenade launcher. 
  • M67 Grenade: These portable grenades can be thrown at enemies.
  • Ball Grenade: The Winter Soldier rolled a heavily-customized variant of the "Ручная Граната Наступательная (Ruchnaya Granata Nastupatel'naya)," a Soviet hand grenade. He mostly uses these in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. 
  • Smoke Grenades: Bucky can throw smoke grenades in order to blind his opponents. 
  • Explosive Charges: Bucky has explosive charges that can be set onto any object/surface. It was powerful enough to destroy Moon Knight’s space ship (yes really).
Other Equipment


  • Grappling Hook: Bucky has a grappling hook that allows him to scale buildings as well as swing down from huge cliffs. 
  • Domino Mask: Bucky’s mask provides protection from bullets, and has advanced technology inside it capable of scanning the layout of entire buildings to find people inside.
  • Wall-Scaling Gear: Bucky has gear which allows him to easily scale walls/buildings to reach up to high areas. 
  • Listening Gear: Bucky can listen into other people’s conversations even if they are not in the same room as him.
  • Holograms: Bucky has equipment that can create holograms of himself or other people as shown when he used a hologram of Wolverine to fool his opponents.
  • Transportation Device: Barnes had at times used a teleportation device to travel to different locations.
  • Motorcycle: An Indian motorcycle.

Firearms


As the ultimate soldier Mukuro always carries some kind of weapons on her which includes also having access to different types of guns that we see her use

  • Semi-Automatic Pistol: Likely a Beretta M9, a handgun that automatically ejects and loads cartridges in its chamber after every shot fired.
  • AK-102: The 5.56 mm AK102 is a short version of the AK101, using NATO 5.56x45 mm cartridges, it's based on the classic AK pattern, traditionally reliable in adverse conditions and easy to use by personnel with any level of training.
  • MP5-K: The MP5K is the ultimate close quarters weapon meant for quick up close kills it's extremely reliable, very precise and excellently controllable in use.
  • RPG7: The RPG7 is a portable, reusable, unguided, shoulder-launched, anti-tank, rocket launcher. The ruggedness, simplicity, low cost, and effectiveness of the RPG-7 has made it the most widely used anti-armor weapon in the world.
Military Combat Knife


A knife that Mukuro carries on here incase that firearms dont work, shes shown to be a master with it as she was able to fight and beat the ultimate swordswomen and it's pretty obivous that this said knife is stronger than most as it was able to completely crack the sheath of Peko's katana, and can take multiple clashes against said katana.

Ballistic Vest

A vest worn by Mukro to protect against knives and gunfire; can likely carry around storing medicine, ammo, or anything else important in the open pockets.

Mukuro's Undergarments


Just a pair of panties yk.... is this normal? getting that out of the way is apparently woven from blade-resistant and bulletproof fibers, while she wore this when she was disguised as Junko it's probably likely safe to assume that she wears it all the time given how much she loves her sister.

Winter Soldier

Infinity Formula


 Barnes has been injected with the Infinity Formula by Nick Fury in order to save his life. As a result, Barnes' body was enhanced to the peak of human potential of strength, agility, stamina, speed, etc. The formula is definite such that if Barnes decided to live an unhealthy lifestyle, none of his powers would be weakened by any conventional means.

  • Peak Human Strength: Barnes' strength is enhanced to the peak of human potential. He is strong enough to break a solid wall with a single punch, as well as effortlessly lifting a full grown man over his head with one arm and throwing him. He easily used a large sofa as a weapon against Viper; furthermore, this strength extends to his legs, enabling him to leap several times high eight out in a single bound, and smaller heights into the air without a running start.
  • Peak Human Speed: Barnes is capable of running and moving at speeds faster than any Olympic-class runner, enabling him to run at speeds of 32-36 mph. He was able to move fast enough to exit a building as it was exploding.
  • Enhanced Stamina: Barnes' musculature produces considerably less fatigue-toxins, allowing him to physically exert himself for several hours before showing any sign of fatigue or tiring. He can also hold his breath underwater for longer periods of time.
  • Peak Human Agility: Barnes' equilibrium, coordination, dexterity, and flexibility is enhanced to levels that are beyond the physical limits of any Olympic gold medalist. He was able to leap at longer distance from one building to another building, swing on a large flag or pole with great performance, and also evade several missile explosions that targeted him in mid-air; furthermore, he utilized his shield to deflect a bullet from Sinthea Shmidt with perfect timing. Barnes had used both of his legs to strike the guards at the same time while strained. He also evaded a speeding car at close range.
  • Enhanced Durability: Barnes' physical body is much harder and more resistant to physical injury than the body of a human being. He withstood very strong blows from superhuman foes like Ursa Major, Hyperion, and Spider-Man. He also withstood electrocution, several gunshots and puncture wounds, as well as a fall from several stories, with little to no injury.
  • Enhanced Reflexes: Barnes' reflexes are similarly enhanced and rival those of Captain America or Spider-Man. His reaction speed is superhumanly fast which makes it possible for him to easily dodge multiple gunshots at point-blank range simultaneously. He even dodged bullets from multiple gunmen while underwater.
  • Regenerative Healing: Barnes' rate of healing is much faster than normal humans. He is able to heal broken bones, torn muscles, several gunshots, knife wounds, and various other injuries within several days, like regenerating damaged cells from his heart. Most lesser injuries -- like cuts, bruises, scrapes, or burns -- heal within a few hours.
  • Enhanced Balance: Barnes' balance and dexterity are in levels superior to that of the world's most highly trained humans. The perfect example of his balance was shown during his evasion movements on one occasion when he used just two fingers to stand on the very edge of a building without any slip nor hesitation.
  • Enhanced Longevity: The Infinity Formula in Barnes' blood has completely stopped him from aging. Unlike Nick Fury, the formula extends Barnes' lifespan and youth which resulting his appearance of a man in his early 30's despite being born in 1925.
Mind Control Resistance


After the untimely apparent death of Captain America, Barnes was offered to take up the mantle of his best friend. At this point, Bucky had still been susceptible, in theory, to similar brainwashing that had controlled him in the past. Thanks to some intervention from Tony Stark, however, this is no longer the case. 

Master Martial Artist


As seen above Bucky is one of the best hand to hand fighters in marvel being able to fight like of Cap, Black Widow, Ironman and S.H.I.E.L.D agents, he's very much integrated his American military training and his KGB Russian Training into his own fighting style. While fighting an opponent, he will often find a method of taking them down as quickly as possible through the use of throws and grapples which is very easy to achieve due to his enhanced speed and strength. In terms of what martial arts Bucky uses:  

  • Defendu: Defendu is a modern martial art style that was developed before World War 2. Developed by William E. Fairbairn and Eric A. Sykes in the United Kingdom, this Scottish martial art was later taught to Colonel Rex Applegate (who was in the U.S Army). Both Willaim E. Fairbairn and Colonel Rex Applegate would later teach Defendu to Bucky (they also trained Captain America). In terms of Defendu, it focuses on ending fights as quickly as possible through attacking vital areas. Defendu is also one of the most offense based martial arts, always striking and always trying to take down opponents as quickly as possible, as such Denfendu uses no block or parry based maneuvers
  • Judo: Judo was created by Jigoro Kano in 1982. Its most prominent feature is its competitive element, where the objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent to the ground. The user then forces the opponent to submit with a joint lock or a choke. Both the Russian and American militaries would incorporate parts of Judo into their own fighting styles. 
  • Sambo: Developed by Vasili Oshchepkov and Viktor Spiridonov, Sambo was designed to mix in traditional Russian martial arts and foreign martial arts like Judo and Jujitsu. Sambo is specifically designed to stop an armed or unarmed foe quickly. In combat, most Russian soldiers would use Sambo as a means of taking a weapon away from an opponent and then taking them to the ground with a Judo-like throw before finishing them off. Bucky was also taught these techniques during his time as the Winter Soldier. 
  • Systema: Systema was specifically developed by the Russian military. Systema is rooted in military based tactics and techniques with knife fighting and firearms training being one of the core areas of Systema. Systema focuses on disabling the opponent, waiting for an opening and then taking it in order to finish an opponent off in a few fluid movies - in that regard, Systema takes inspiration from traditional Sambo and Judo.  
  • Armeyskiy Rukopashniy Boy (ARB): ARB was developed by the Russian Military in the 1970s and focuses on striking and grappling techniques with an emphasis on stand-up fighting and use of throws to take an opponent down quickly. Those who are an expert at ARB will use their opponent’s weight against them and throw them to the ground for a quick knockout (like Judo and traditional wrestling).
  • Filipino Martial Arts: Knife Fighting: Bucky is very clearly trained in knife fighting/knife based martial arts. While it is not explicitly stated what martial art he is using when using his knife - it is like he is using Flipino Martial Arts which has a section based around weapons with knives being a key part along with Escrima Sticks It is likely Bucky received this martial art training in WW2 or at least an extremely altered version of it as. Flipino Martial Arts has been used by the US American Military as well as the Russian Spetsnaz.

Master Marksmen


Barnes is an extremely accurate marksman and very skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing. His perfect accuracy was shown when he shot twelve men at different locations at the same time. As a teenager, he was the best sniper in his division.

Accelerated Development Process


Barnes' accelerated learning process are in levels greater than what is naturally possible. Master Assassin


Barnes is an adept of his generation as Matthew Murdock and Elektra Natchios is of theirs, possibly the most lethal assassin in the Marvel Universe rivaling others such as Bullseye or Elektra. During an operation on the Russian Front with the Invaders, Barnes has from concealment thrown a 60 centimetres-long knife to penetrate the winter uniform outer garment of a German soldier with such accuracy as to pierce his heart in high arctic winds several meters. Barnes has mastered and implemented several methods to silently eliminate sentries with bladed weapons, garrotes or his bare hands, making him as lethal in his own way as his former Invader teammates, the Torches, Union Jack or Namor. He is a master at stealth and tracking and is very intelligent. He was able to render Wolverine's superhumanly acute senses such as smell completely useless by luring him to an abandoned warehouse that was completely soaked on the inside with oil and even soaking himself to make it so that Wolverine could not detect him. Barnes has made a habit out of constantly studying his surroundings and depicting what he can and cannot do in whatever situation he should fall in much like his former partner, Captain America before his death. During Barnes' visit to the Captain America exhibit that had been made to honor him after his death, he was constantly detecting potential ways to sneak in and out of the museum and the room without being detected and only taking out a small number of security to do so. The Black Widow stated to Tony Stark that he was one of the most dangerous men she knew.

Other abilities

  • Master of Stealth: Barnes can appear from place to place without being detected.
  • Master Acrobat: Barnes performs very excellent acrobat that is superior to any trained finest athlete and is capable of accomplished many difficult acrobatic feats.

Battle trance mode


When pushed to a certain limit, Mukuro would enter a trance-like state where time slows for Mukuro. In this state, Mukuro exceeds her human limitations and Ultimate title and becomes immensely faster and even more powerful, capable of obliterating Monokumas in a single shot. It is also stated that Mukuro can easily battle a fully serious Sakura unarmed to a draw in this state.

Stated in the IF novel that she goes all out, she can ride explosions in mid-air, Basically, her acrobatic skills are superhuman enough to almost be considered flight.

Slight Time Manipulation


She was stated to be capable of slowing down and freezing the perception of time in front of her eyes. In addition, she can also freeze the air around her, which enhances her reflexes to astounding degrees.

Precognition


 By turning the battlefield into "a part of herself", Mukuro can easily map out the entire place and use it to her full advantage. Via seeing through every corner of her body ("as though her skin was covered in eyes"), she could predict and avoid attacks from every angle. she could predict and avoid attacks from every angle, giving her powerful Precognition, also allows her to attack weak points with ease, as she expertly dodged attacks while stabbing the Monokuma's weak points.

She instinctively dodged an explosion before she even knew there was going to be an explosion, and is capable of extremely precise dodges and jumps. It should be noted that the narration stated that a lot of time has passed, meaning Mukuro can keep this up for a very long time, as she did not even receive a single injury the entire time all the Monokumas were trying to stop her.

You all knew he was gonna be here, Captain America, Bucky's best friend and teacher back in the days, Bucky and cap have went head to head before with Bucky proving that he can hold his own and even win against Cap in a fair fight, so there's no doubt that Bucky scales to Cap.

Daredevil


The Winter Soldier and DD have crossed path before with both being able to keep up with one another fair and square, DD has even fought evenly with Cap who's shown to be even with Bucky.

  • Is fast enough to dodge, block and deflect bullets 

Wolverine


Bucky and Wolverine had met before with Bucky getting the upper hand and pinning him down in a fight in which he actually drew blood and hurt Weapon X but not only that he managed to take hits from a angry Wolverine during the fight, this scaling makes sense as Cap was also able to go one on one with Wolverine and hurt him.

Deadpool


Deadpool has laterally has crossed paths with everyone here and fought each one of them to various success and the main point being that he has fought Cap where he pretty much was getting his ass beat and you know who else can fight on par with Cap no problem, yup good old Bucky.

Sakura Ogami


Mukuro is one of the few student's in the verse that's actually able to go head to head with Sakura as she was able to trade blows with Sakura for 10 straight minutes and is said to surpass her in her battle trance mode, so scaling for her is 100% there.

  • Strongest person in the world (Aside from her boyfriend Kenshiro, and Izuru Kamakura)
  • Has punched so fast that her fist caught on fire and caused a minor shockwave once it hit
  • Has subdued Genocider Syo who can block attacks from a skyscraper-sized robot with ease
  • Fought Monokuma to a standstill
  • Sakura's Shukuchi Technique travel speed is this fast (9066000m/s)

  • Is physically stronger than Genocide Jack, who can damage and parry attacks from Big Bang Monokuma, whose head alone could withstand being launched with enough force to split a cloud (2.3 - 298.5 Megatons of TNT)
Toko/Genocide Jack


Mukuro can fight on par with Sakura who is far above Toko and in her battle trance mode can fight her to a stand still meaning that in base she's already above Toko who couldn't harm Sakura but she could and in her mode she upscales from Toko making her far superior to Genocider Syo.

Toko's teammate in Ultra Despair Girls, in the game they fight side by side with one another and Toko is shown to be superior gameplay and story wise and since Mukuro is above Toko that should make her she leagues above Komaru 


Other students


Not many of the other students can compete with hard hitters like Sakura and Syo so it makes sense that Mukuro scales to and above many of the other students from the series.

Monokuma Units


Mukuro has fought Monokuma units with little to no problome before and fights people like Sakura and Toko who taken on said Monokuma units with Sakura fighting one to a standstill and Toko tanking hits and destorying units.

Weaknesses

Winter Soldier


While Barnes may be an incredibly deadly assassin and fierce fighter, the Winter Soldier is not infallible. For starters, Bucky’s past has haunted him for much of his post-brainwashed life. While this doesn’t necessarily detract from his skill or combat prowess, it has left him unsure of his actions.

Bucky is heavily reliant on his metal arm, since most of Bucky’s arsenal is finite in supply, Barnes relies on his arm to provide the edge he needs in close-quarters combat. While it can operate independently of Bucky, he is obviously severely weakened if it is otherwise neutralized. And at the end of the day Barnes is still human a very, very, very strong human, but human all the same.

Mukuro Ikusaba


Despite being the ultimate soldier and one of the strongest in the verse it's very obvious that her mind has been broken by Junko, it's to the point that she can only act under orders and cannot make decisions for herself (this was cured in IF but traces of her indecisiveness still may remain)

While Makuro has incredible reflexes, she can still get hurt by attacks if she trusts someone too much which makes no sense but Dangonronpa is weird in general so we just let that slide. Makuro's battle trace mode is a deadly state that she has but the state will disappear if she hears Junko's voice calling for her in an affectionate way.

Before the verdicts

Bucky's durablity?

So as you can see from his durability feats Bucky has taken hits from people above his tier, the best examples being Miles who is straight up comparable to your friendly neighborhood Spiderman and Hyperion who on a whole different level, so with that said does it mean that Bucky's durablity is far higher than his AP, to put it short no, Bucky's stats is nowhere near these guys because if they were serious Bucky would've died from one hit since Miles like Peter also holds back because a single serious blow from Miles would kill most of his opponents' including Bucky if that's not enough when Peter started to get mad at Cap he overpowered him and smashed his shield in his face and with Hyperion i don't really have to say much since he's able to trade blows with Thor and Hulk some of the strongest hero's in Marvel.

Mukuro scaling to Sakura, Toko and Monokuma 

Ok let's get this out the way, yes Mukuro scales to them the scaling chain is pretty simple, Mukuro is able to trade blows and take blows from her and even surpass Sakura in her battle trance state, Sakura is said to be stronger than Toko and even subdued her before, Toko was able to battle and destroy multiple Monokuma units, she even parried Big Bang Monokuma, Makuro was also able to destroy multiple Monokuma units with ease, Sakura was able to fight Monokuma to a stand still, so Sakura is stronger than Toko, Mukuro is able to trade blows with Sakura and is said to be stronger than her.

Verdict


Stats

So in terms of AP the debate is shocking straightforward, Mukuro is no doubt stronger and more durable than Bucky, Bucky scales to Kiloton level feats thanks to the likes of  his best friend Captain America who was able to tank a 12 Kiloton blast  and Deadpool who survived being punched out of Krakoa which was calculated to 30.9 Kilotons of TNT and even Wolverine who debatably tanked a nuclear blast at point blank range which is worth to 21.7 Kilotons of TNT putting Bucky at town levels of power, but compared to Mukuro he stands no chance, Mukuro can scale to Toko who parried Big Bang Monokuma who's head was able to split the sky which resulted to 2.3 to 298.5 Megatons of TNT and a weaker character was able to survive relativistic missile in a attack worth 104.4 Megatons of TNT putting Mukuro leagues above Bucky. Speed wise this is where Bucky takes it as other street-tiers are able to dodge Cyclops lasers which is staed to be light speed and able to keep up with Daredevil who can react within a nanosecond interval (5.9c) while the best Mukuro can scale to is Nagisa mech which can move at speeds of 4.4c slower than Daredevil's speed feat and slower than Cyclops lasers. to end this section Mukuro has power and durability while Bucky has the speed edge to sneek out one point in stats

Aresenal & Abilities

Let's get the simple things out they way both of them have bullet proof vest to protect from gunfire now lets get into the fun part, aresenal wise Bucky has Mukuro beat as he has way more to fight and throw at her ranging from his knifes that keeps helps him in close quoter combat, his many fire arms for long range and up close painful kills with his SMG, his other fast firing guns that he can rapid fire, his sniper rifles that he can shot you from far for a quiet kill while Mukuro only has a couple guns and a RPG which Bucky also has a rocket launcher to match her in that category. Makuro's prefers a long range battle with her guns since she got aim like no other but Bucky has ways to get passed this with his grenades and his grenades launcher that he carries on him for the right use, like throwing a smoke grenade to block Mukuro view, an explosive charge to destroy any hiding spot or a ball grenade for quick explosions, and thanks to Bucky's over all better equipment like the domino mask to protect him from gun shots alongside allowing him to scan the area always letting him know where Mukuro is while she has no idea and his other location gear like his listing device, he can keep her distracted with his holograms or have a easy way out of danger with his teleportation device, he just has Mukuro out class in terms of a deadly arsenal. Abilities is where this gets interesting, let's start with Bucky thanks to the infinity formula he's pretty much superhuman and giving him healing that allows him to heal broken bones, gunshot wounds, stab wounds in a few hours and major injuries in a couple days, his hand to hand combat is second to none with all the styles he knows and his skill with firearms making him one of the best marksman in the world, but his main thing is the arm as it makes him super strong and gives him extra things like stabilization sensors, reloads his guns for him, palm sensors which means that only he can use his guns if anyone touches them the guns will explode, a sensor that allows him to map the entire area, control his arm even if its ripped off from him, discharge bolts of electricity to shock anyone (this also allows him to fire a burst of flames from his arm) discharge an emp to make any electric weapon useless and retract a blade from his arm.

Mukuro in her base has no way to get pass all of this and thanks to Bucky's speed and all his equipment he can keep himself at a distance and find a way to use all he's got but that's only base Mukuro, when we talk about her battle trance state it becomes a different story, when she enters this mode she becomes stronger, faster and far more deadly, time slows down in her eyes to the point where people move slow, bullets seem like they completely stop even the air freezing around her, enhancing her reflexes to a degree where nothing can touch her and along her acrobatic skills make it seem like she's flying, this also gives her precognition allowing her to map an entire area, predict attacks from every angle and see enemies weak spots like their pressure points, and she pretty much has ultra instant as her body can Instinctively dodge for her before she even knew it was an explosion.

This evens out the plate as in her battle trance state Mukuro can dodge anything Bucky throws at her and predict what he might do next and even catch up to thanks to time slowing down in her eyes meaning that Bucky equipment's might not be enough to keep her away, but that gonna be harder done than said thanks to the amount of weapons and tech that he carries on him and the fact that his arm can just keep on reloading each gun after gun, it depends on how long can Bucky keep Mukuro away from him before she lands a final blow.

Tertiary Factors

As you can see the advantages her are very and you can see who holds what advantage, Bucky is older and has way more combat experience due to being 106 and his years during the war and is used to fighting stronger enemies, but Mukuro is overall the stronger of the two and is able to take way more punishment. Bucky has the better weapons and tech overall but Mukuro battle trance state helps her ignore that as in her battle trance she's delt with multiple enemies, explosions and on coming gunfire, and with time slowing down in her eyes meaning that dodging would be easier for her, along with countering many of Bucky's location devices with her own mapping ability that will inform her of Bucky's location, once aging both of them hold advantages that make this debate interesting, but when it comes to who wins, lets find out

Despite all of Bucky's weapons, tech and speed he lacks the power to actually put Mukuro down, he simply can't do much defeat Mukuro especially when she enters battle trance state, considering how she's able to fight people on par with her and still keep on going, Bucky just wont put her down with everything he has. Bucky's main problem in this fight will be dealing with battle trance state Mukuro, who he cant even touch because of her insane reflexes and her view of time, Mukuro has fought 100 enemies with not even one of them touching her while dodging automatic gun fire, her body is so ready for anything that it dodged an explosion before it even exploded and before she knew it was there, simply put it despite he speed advantage the fact he wont be able to hit Mukuro with everything and even if he did once aging he lacks the power to put her down while Mukuro only needs one hit to win this fight.

Not even experience will be able to save him as Mukuro was in the military with people who had way more experience than her and she was still the better soldier, not saying that she's a better soldier than Bucky as with out a doubt Bucky is the way better soldier but the fact that she was able to go toe to toe with more experience soldier says a lot of her experience being part of the military 

So in the end even though Bucky has the speed, the experience, and the crazy arsenal to buy him some time, Mukuro just holds the two more important stats that allow her to tank any of Bucky's attacks, put him down and trance battle state make her stats that much higher than his, alongside the abilities she gets which like i said before makes it easier for her to dodge his attacks, predict his attacks and get in close to end the Winter Soldier.
